Information you type into a form

The details you enter into an application or the custom maker are processed in your browser to create the preview. By default they are not sent to or stored on our server.

Private links

If you press “Private link”, the document text is stored on our server in an unlisted copy for 7 days and then deleted automatically. You can delete it earlier from the browser that created it. Private links are not indexed by search engines, but anyone who has the link can open it, so share carefully.

Accounts and public templates

If you register, we store your name, email and a hashed password. Templates you submit for public use are reviewed by moderators and must not contain personal information.

Contact form

Messages sent through the contact form (name, email, message) are stored so we can respond and are deleted when no longer needed.

Cookies, preferences and advertising

We use a session cookie for login and form security. Your browser’s local storage may keep your layout preferences (font, size, margins) and your cookie-notice choice. This website may show advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites; you can manage ad personalisation at Google Ads Settings. If enabled, fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address for that purpose.

Logs

Our server may keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and error diagnosis.

Your choices

You can use the website without registering, clear your browser storage at any time, and contact us to delete your account or messages.
