हिंदीचरित्र प्रमाणपत्र हेतु आवेदन
प्रवेश, नौकरी या छात्रवृत्ति के लिए संस्थान से चरित्र प्रमाणपत्र चाहिए हो तो उपयोग करें।
हिंदीछात्रवृत्ति हेतु आवेदन
छात्रवृत्ति या वजीफ़े के लिए आवेदन करते समय संस्थान को अनुरोध पत्र के रूप में।
हिंदीनाम या जन्म तिथि सुधार हेतु आवेदन (स्कूल)
विद्यालय अभिलेख में नाम या जन्म तिथि जन्म प्रमाणपत्र या आधार से भिन्न होने पर।
हिंदीपरीक्षा संबंधी आवेदन
पुनः परीक्षा, छूटी परीक्षा, पुनर्मूल्यांकन, प्रवेश पत्र में सुधार जैसे अनुरोधों के लिए।
हिंदीप्रधानाचार्य को आवेदन
विद्यालय या महाविद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य को किसी भी अनुरोध हेतु सामान्य आवेदन।
हिंदीफीस जमा करने की तिथि बढ़ाने का आवेदन
स्कूल या कॉलेज की फीस जमा करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय माँगने हेतु।
हिंदीफीस माफ़ी / रियायत हेतु आवेदन
परिवार आर्थिक कठिनाई में हो और फीस में कमी या माफ़ी चाहिए हो तो उपयोग करें।
हिंदीबोनाफाइड प्रमाणपत्र हेतु आवेदन
आप वर्तमान विद्यार्थी हैं इसका प्रमाण लेने हेतु, जैसे बैंक खाता, पासपोर्ट, छात्रवृत्ति या यात्रा रियायत के लिए।
हिंदीविषय परिवर्तन हेतु आवेदन
वैकल्पिक या ऐच्छिक विषय बदलने की अनुमति माँगने के लिए।
हिंदीस्कूल में छुट्टी का आवेदन
बीमारी, पारिवारिक कार्यक्रम या अन्य कारण से विद्यार्थी की स्कूल/कॉलेज से छुट्टी के लिए।
हिंदीस्थानांतरण प्रमाणपत्र (टीसी) हेतु आवेदन
दूसरे विद्यालय या महाविद्यालय में जाने पर उपयोग करें।
